After a brief stop in Fulton, MS, our road crew proceeded to Holly Springs, MS, where their destination awaited at the Harris Chapel CME Church. Holly Springs, nestled in Marshall County, Mississippi, serves as both a city and the county seat, situated near the Tennessee border. In the 19th century, this region, alongside the Mississippi Delta, underwent development by European Americans for cotton plantations and is now renowned for Rust College. Notable attractions include Wall Doxey State Park, Holly Springs National Forest, Strawberry Plains Audubon Center, Kirkwood National Golf Club, and the Hillcrest Cemetery, among others.
Upon reaching the church, our dedicated crew swiftly got to work. They meticulously assembled and installed 12 of our distinctive 2004 fully upholstered oak pews, each measuring 12 feet in length and equipped with standard book racks. Adorned in a stunning Sherpa Scarlet Fabric and stained in Golden Oak with a high-gloss lacquer finish, these pews exuded elegance. Additionally, we crafted a complementary Standard style 8000 traditional pulpit, a style 7005 communion table, three curved-top solid oak pulpit chairs, and included 10 matching choir chairs. This meticulous effort culminated in a stunning overall design for the space.
We express our gratitude to the wonderful individuals at Harris Chapel CME Church for entrusting us with the task of being their church furniture builder. At Born Again Pews, we extend our heartfelt prayers that our furniture will bring years of comfort, functionality, and joy to both the congregation and the broader community. May God’s blessings abound upon you. Thank you once again.
