Hi there! I’m Doug from Born Again Pews. We’ve been crafting and installing church pews and furniture across the United States for over 20 years. I’ve been part of this journey since 2012, and I’m here to walk you through the entire process of buying church pews.

Step 1: Measure and Count

Whether you’re building a new church or replacing old pews, start by measuring the full length of your current pews from edge to edge. Count how many pews you need and note their lengths.

Step 2: Get a Free Quote

Once you have your measurements, call us or visit our website and fill out the Free Quote form. Here’s the info we’ll need:

  • Contact Name
  • Phone Number
  • Church Name
  • Zip Code
  • Email Address
  • Number of Pews
  • Length of Pews

We’ll use this information to create a quote, which you’ll receive via email within 24 hours. Our quotes are straightforward and include delivery and installation costs. You’ll also see a photo outline of each pew style with prices, so you can easily compare options.

Step 3: Review and Present the Quote

Print out the quote and share it with your church. If you choose us, let us know you’re ready to proceed.

Step 4: Finalize the Order

When you’re ready, contact us to get a contract. You’ll decide on the pew style you want (e.g., our signature style #3001) and we’ll send you:

  • Contract
  • Pew Order Form

Print, sign, and date the contract, and send it back with a 50% deposit. The Pew Order Form has questions about your church and order, like floor type and engraving preferences. Fill it out and mail it back with the contract. Don’t worry, changes can be made easily with a call or email.

Step 5: Production Schedule

Once we receive your contract, you’ll be added to our production schedule immediately. Our current turnaround time is 4 to 5 months, subject to change based on production.

Step 6: Make Additional Decisions

Over the next few months, you’ll make some additional decisions:

  • Bookracks: Do you want cup or card pockets?
  • Stain Color: We’ll send you wood stain samples on actual red oak.
  • Fabric Choice: Choose from 119 fabric options on our site. We’ll mail you samples of your top choices.

None of these choices will change the price.

Step 7: Additional Furniture

If you want other furniture like a matching pulpit, communion table, or choir chairs, we’ve got you covered. We have many styles, and if you find something online, we can build it for you.

Summary

The process is simple and straightforward, with minimal paperwork and plenty of support from us. We’re here to help you make the best choices for your church furniture needs.
